Sasha De Sola Reflects on Arts Leadership

As one of two inaugural fellows in San Francisco Ballet’s Raising Leaders program, Sasha De Sola has been hard at work (in addition to her studio and performing responsibilities) learning about her own values as a leader and what it takes to make an arts organization run smoothly. Sasha was invited to shadow both Nicolas Le Riche at the Royal Swedish Ballet and Ted Brandsen at the Dutch National Ballet.
