MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR EXPERIENCE

We want you to make the most of your experience before, during, and after a performance. We've curated these best tips to make your day or evening at San Francisco Ballet unforgettable.

And if you still have questions, SF Ballet Ticket Services is here to help. Call us at 415-865-2000, Mon–Fri, 10 am–4 pm. Or, you can also email us.

COME SEE WHAT'S NEW

More ambient lighting in the lobby: To reflect the energy you bring as audience members and what you see on the stage, we will add more colorful lighting before and after the performances and during intermissions.

Family viewing area available for the entire season: Typically, our family viewing area in the Dress Circle level (north) is only available during Nutcracker and some story ballets. Now, the space is open throughout the season so if you or your child need a break, you can enjoy the live performance from the monitor and engage in family-friendly activities.

More retail options: The two main retail requests we received were for more locations and more relevant merchandise. So, in addition to our main Shop on the south Mezzanine level, we'll now have a satellite shop on the south Main Lobby. And, we'll have a wider selection of SF Ballet branded merchandise with our logo, our dancers, and items from local merchants.

GETTING HERE

We encourage you to take public transit, but the Opera House is close to several nearby parking garages.
