Inside Raising Leaders at SF Ballet
Raising Leaders is San Francisco Ballet’s professional and personal development program designed to prepare dancers for impactful careers in arts leadership. Through mentorships, tailored training, and hands-on experiences with Bay Area partners Stanford and LinkedIn, dancers can gain insight into leadership paths in areas such as artistic direction, marketing, or development, without interruption to their careers as performing artists.
Whether a dancer dreams of directing, writing grants, or shaping the future of the arts in other ways, the Raising Leaders program at San Francisco Ballet helps them explore those paths while recognizing and honoring the skills they already bring to the table.
