World Ballet Day LIVE 2015

The Event Has Ended, But the Recording is Available

Following the huge success of previous years, San Francisco Ballet participated in this years World Ballet Day LIVE. The event began September 30 at 7pm (PDT). This incredible event encompassed 23 hours of live broadcasting from five of the worlds leading ballet companies including The Australian Ballet, Bolshoi Ballet, The Royal Ballet, The National Ballet of Canada, and of course, San Francisco Ballet.

The broadcast included behind-the-scenes footage of class, rehearsals, interviews with artists, performances, and a preview of the season to come. New this year, World Ballet Day LIVE also included participation from other dance companies from China, the Netherlands, Germany, and more.
