Q: How many seats does my group need to purchase to qualify for a group discount?

A: For our Repertory Season, you need a minimum of 10 guests. For Nutcracker, you need a minimum of 20 guests.

Q: Is there a group discount for all performances?

A: Most performances offer special group pricing. For performances without discounts, you will still receive group benefits with the purchase of full-priced tickets.

Q: What are some of the benefits booking as a group?

A: Our Group Sales Representative can help you make your group’s evening a success. You’ll receive personalized service and expert advice on the best performance selection for your group.

Q: Can we also book a reception or have an event when we attend a performance?

A:  Yes! One popular option is a private cocktail reception, giving your group members the opportunity to mingle and network. Let us know what we can do to make your night special!

Q: Will we be seated together?

A: You have the option for your group to sit together, though many groups do not find sitting together to be very important since talking is not permitted during performances. If it’s your preference, we try to seat you together whenever possible, subject to availability. To give you the best available seating, we may need to break your group into smaller blocks.

Q: How quickly can I start using the custom page for my EZ Group?  

A: Custom Pages can take 5-7 business days to complete.  Once your page is complete, you'll receive notification and you can forward the link and promo code to your group members.  They can start purchasing right away.
