SPECIAL EVENTS & COVID SAFETY PROTOCOL

SF BALLET 2022 SEASON EVENT SAFETY PROTOCOL

San Francisco Ballet is prioritizing the health and safety of our patrons, artists, crew, administrators, and volunteers. During the 2022 Season, SF Ballet will require event attendees 12 and over to show proof of full vaccination. Per the Center for Disease Control (CDC), a person is considered fully vaccinated greater than or equal to two weeks after completion of a two-dose mRNA series or single dose of Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Attendees must show either their vaccination card, the Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record, or a photo of their vaccination card at event check-in along with a photo ID. If you plan to attend an event with a child who is under the age of 12 and therefore not yet eligible to be vaccinated, please be sure to note this in your response.

In addition to requiring full proof of vaccination, for certain events, guests may also be required to provide a negative PCR molecular-based COVID-19 test (provided complimentary if required by SF Ballet) taken within 48 hours of the event date to enter the event venue. Event guests may also be required to wear a mask. SF Ballet will require event guests to follow any applicable federal, state, local, tribal, venue, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations. Specific and timely health and safety requirements for each event will be emailed to guests in a “Know Before You Go” message 3 days prior.

Event attendees who do not follow the event safety protocols will not be permitted at the event venue. If you have questions about SF Ballet’s Event Safety Protocol, please contact Emma Lundberg, senior manager, special events at elundberg@sfballet.org. We thank you for your willingness to adhere to our safety protocols so that we may enjoy a wonderful 2022 Season.
