Children under age 3, including babes in arms, will not be admitted inside the auditorium. Everyone entering the Opera House, regardless of age, must have a ticket, and children must occupy their assigned seat next to an accompanying adult.

We invite young audiences to experience the wonder of Nutcracker during a school-time performance. Great for school groups and families with young children. Recommended for audiences ages 3–17.

NUTCRACKER BENEFIT LUNCHEON: LAND OF DREAMS
Return to the Land of Dreams! Meet your favorite characters, savor a delightful luncheon and activities at Zellerbach Rehearsal Hall, then attend a matinee of Nutcracker. It’s San Francisco’s most festive celebration of our beloved holiday tradition.

SENSORY FRIENDLY AND FAMILY FRIENDLY PERFORMANCE
A relaxed and welcoming environment for neurodiverse audiences of all ages and abilities to experience the magic of Nutcracker. This performance is also a wonderful opportunity for first-time ballet-goers or young children to experience ballet in a more informal setting. For this performance only, all ages welcome. Note that all persons regardless of age must have a ticket.
