May 25th is Day of Enlightenment
Family members of George Perry Floyd Jr. called for May 25th to be a “Day of Enlightenment” around the world, in the hope of commemorating his life as a catalyst for change. Leaders of (G)RADIANT, SF Ballet’s BIPOC and allies Employee Resource Group, have compiled suggestions and resources for those wishing to act in his honor by standing against the unjust murders of black individuals and standing for the eradication of inequality and systemic racism.
