7 for eight: blackberry mocktail

1/2 oz Lime Juice
1–2 tbsp Frozen Pink Lemonade Concentrate
4–6 Fresh Blackberries (or thawed frozen blackberries)
6–8 Fresh Mint Leaves
2 oz Coconut Water
3 oz Club Soda (or soda of choice)
Ice Cubes


  1. Place the lime juice, frozen pink lemonade concentrate, fresh blackberries, and fresh mint leaves into a glass.
  2. Crush the blackberries and gently muddle mint leaves by lightly pressing down to release their flavor. Try not to tear the mint leaves. It may be easiest to crush the blackberries first, then add mint leaves and lightly muddle.
  3. Add a few ice cubes to the glass then top with 2 oz coconut water.
  4. Top with club soda (or soda of choice).
  5. Optional to garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy!

snowblind: New england sour

2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Maple Syrup
4 oz Grapefruit Juice
2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
Lemon wedge (for garnish)


  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. Build the ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wedge. Serve and enjoy.

anima animus: Black and Tan

6 oz Pale Ale Beer
6 oz Stout Beer


  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. Fill a pint glass halfway with the pale ale.
  3. Float the stout on top by slowly pouring it over the back of a spoon to fill the glass. Serve and enjoy.
