Ways to Purchase Tickets

There are many ways to purchase tickets and gift certificates. Ordering online or by phone offers the best selection and service because tickets sell quickly.

By Telephone

To order by phone, call 415.865.2000. Phones are open Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm. MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

On performance dates, the phones are open from 10am until the performance begins.

Mail or Fax

Download and print our order form (PDF, 12kb) and fill it out. When finished, fax it to 415.865.0740 or send it to us via postal mail.

In Person

The SF Ballet Box Office is open only on performance dates: Tuesday – Friday, 12pm to the first intermission; and Saturday and Sunday, 10am until the first intermission.

The SF Ballet Box Office is located in the lobby of the War Memorial Opera House at 301 Van Ness Avenue (at Grove Street). Visa, MasterCard, and cash are accepted. There is no handling fee for purchases made in person at the Box Office.

During the hour prior to curtain time, the Box Office handles business pertaining to the immediate performance only.

Gift certificates may be purchased online or by calling 415.865.2000, Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm.
