How many seats does my group need to purchase to qualify for a group discount?
For our Repertory Season, you need a minimum of 10 tickets purchased. For Nutcracker, you need a minimum of 20 tickets.

Is there a group discount for all performances?
Most performances offer special group pricing. For performances without discounts, you will still receive group benefits with the purchase of full-priced tickets.

What are some of the benefits booking as a group?
Our Group Sales Representative can help you make your group’s evening a success. You’ll receive personalized service and expert advice on the best performance selection for your group.

Can we also book a reception or have an event when we attend a performance?
Yes! One popular option is a private reception, giving your group members the opportunity to mingle and network. Let us know what we can do to make your night special!

What’s the best section in the War Memorial Opera House?
Choosing your seats is a matter of personal preference and the price-point your group feels most comfortable with. Familiarize yourself with the seating charts for both Nutcracker and Repertory Season before booking your tickets. There’s also a helpful camera view from each section to help you decide (see the view of the stage from a specific seating section).

Will we be seated together?
We make every effort to seat your group together. In some cases, in order to get you the very best seats, we will break your group into smaller blocks of seats. All group discounts and seating are subject to availability. So, order early to secure the best seat locations.

How quickly can I start using the custom page for my EZ Group?  
Custom Pages can take 5 to 7 business days to complete. Once your page is complete, you'll receive notification and you can forward the link and promo code to your group members. They can start purchasing right away.
