Log in first for priority access and subscriber-priced tickets at SFBallet.org.
Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM on non-performance days.
On performance days, including Saturdays and Sundays, the phones are open from 10 AM until the last performance of the day begins.
Ticket and Patron Services is available at the Ballet Box Office in the Opera House on performance days only, starting four hours before each performance but no earlier than 10 AM. Starting one hour before each performance, the Box Office in the Opera House handles only will-call tickets and business for the upcoming performance. During this time, Ticket and Patron Services is available for other transactions by phone.
WANT TO EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS TO A DIFFERENT DATE?
Subscribers enjoy fee-free advance exchanges within the six core repertory programs when completed at least 24 hours before your performance. Call Ticket and Patron Services at 415-865-2000 as soon as you know you need to make a change.
No exchanges from a core performance into Nutcracker or Encore performances. Exchanges from mixed-bill programs to story ballet programs are subject to price differentials.
Please note: We are not able to refund the difference in cost if your exchange results in a lesser-value ticket.
Same-day exchanges incur a $25 fee. The deadline to exchange your tickets is two hours prior to the performance; after that time, we can only accept ticket donations.
UNABLE TO USE OR EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS?
Please consider donating them! Call Ticket Services before the performance to return your tickets as a tax-deductible donation. The more lead time we have increases our opportunity to resell your seats. Once we receive your ticket donation information, we will return your seat to inventory for resale and the ticket you have in hand instantly becomes null and void. Remember to tear up your donated tickets.
NEED TO REPLACE LOST OR FORGOTTEN TICKETS?
Log in at SFBallet.org and select the Tickets & Performances tab to download your tickets. Please note that reprinting will invalidate the original tickets. Or call Ticket Services in advance to have your tickets ready for pick up at Will Call.
SEE SOMETHING IRRESISTIBLE AT THE BALLET SHOP?
Subscribers receive a 15% discount on all full-price purchases at the Ballet Shop, located on the Mezzanine level in the Opera House. Present your performance ticket at the time of purchase.
