Train, Dance, Connect

In 2026, the workshop offers 2 choices: Technique Track or Performance Track. Register for the track that best suits your needs and interests:

Technique Track

If you are new to dance and would like to focus on improving your training, then this track is for you. Classes will run 9:30am – 3:30pm from Monday to Friday and will include about 20 hours of instruction. You will attend classes and experience different styles of dance: ballet, Horton, character, jazz, ballet mime, and pointe. There is no showing at the end of the week.

Performance Track

This track is geared towards more experienced dancers or those with an interest in learning repertory and performance. Classes will run 9:30am – 4:45pm from Monday to Friday, with a final showing on Saturday. There will be about 30 hours of instruction overall. You will attend technique class every morning and experience different styles of dance, but will also spend time every day experiencing what it is like to prepare for a performance. There is a small, informal showing in the studio at the end of the week. Each student may invite 2 guests to the showing.
