COVID SAFETY

What to bring to check-in on Thursday, May 26 (updated May 3):

Per SF Ballet Event Safety Protocol, guests attending will be required to bring:

• A photo ID (guests ages 18+)
• Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 (guests ages 5+)
• Negative COVID-19 test result (Antigen tests must be taken within 1 day of the event; PCR tests must be taken within 2 days of the event)
• A face mask (you will be required to wear a face mask at the YBCA Theater at all times; face masks are not required at the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco for guests)

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

For this event, all sales are considered final and no refunds will be available. If a cancellation is made after the refund date has passed, but prior to the event, a ticket purchase may be converted into a fully tax-deductible event contribution or used towards another fundraising event in the current season.
