SAN FRANCISCO BALLET SCHOOL SPRING FESTIVAL

From May 22—24, please join San Francisco Ballet School as we welcome and celebrate School Director Grace Holmes, an alumna of SF Ballet School and company, at the SF Ballet School 2024 Spring Festival. Held at the Blue Shield Theater at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts this year’s event will include three evenings of SF Ballet School ON STAGE performances, and a fundraising dinner on Wednesday.

SF Ballet School ON STAGE will honor the school’s history and bright future by featuring different programs across three evenings of performances. A dynamic range of works curated by Ms. Holmes will also be featured including a demonstration by students choreographed by Karen Gabay and upper-level students and Trainees performing in work by School Faculty, as well as pieces selected from the School’s Choreographic Workshop. This year’s program will also include a new work from Company corps de ballet member, Pemberley Ann Olson, created as a part of Creation House, SF Ballet’s new initiative to support dancers through mentorship and fostering diverse career development opportunities.
