Xiaoxiao Ji

Xiaoxiao Ji is a concert pianist, collaborative pianist, and educator based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She earned a Master of Music in Piano Performance and a Professional Diploma in Collaborative Piano from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, where she studied with Mack McCray and Timothy Bach. She received her bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, where she studied with Dr. Zhe Tang.

Ji joined San Francisco Ballet School as a pianist in 2018. Drawing on her extensive experience as both a solo and collaborative pianist, she accompanies ballet classes throughout the School. She brings a strong understanding of musical phrasing, rhythm, and collaboration to her work with dancers.
