Sky Tan

Sky Tan graduated from the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing with a degree in Piano Performance, where she studied concert piano with distinguished Russian and Ukrainian pianists.

Since joining San Francisco Ballet School in 2014, she has worked extensively as a ballet pianist and accompanist with ballet schools and dance companies throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. She also collaborates with singers and vocal artists, accompanying opera and art song repertoire.

In addition to her work as a musician, Sky is a watercolor artist whose paintings have been exhibited in galleries and private art events throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
