Katie Wolfe
Biography
Katie Wolfe grew up in San Carlos, CA, and trained with Academy of American Ballet in Redwood City and Professional Ballet School in Belmont. She acquired her BFA in Ballet Performance from the University of Oklahoma in 2020 before beginning her career as a professional ballet dancer and teacher. Katie danced with Kansas City Ballet for two seasons, performing with the second and main company in productions such as The Nutcracker, Dracula, Wizard of Oz, and George Balanchine’s Serenade. She joined Madison Ballet as an apprentice in 2022 and was promoted to company artist in 2024, dancing featured and ensemble roles in classical and contemporary works. Katie has taught all levels of ballet, conditioning, pointe, pas de deux, and variations coaching. She is thrilled to move back to the Bay Area to teach and perform as a freelance artist.
