2019 Spring Festival

From May 22—24, please join San Francisco Ballet School at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater for SF Ballet School 2019 Spring Festival. Formerly called Student Showcase, the SF Ballet School Spring Festival will include three evenings of SF Ballet School ON STAGE performances, a dinner on opening night, new interactive activities, and more opportunities to learn about ballet.

SF Ballet School ON STAGE will feature different programs across three evenings of performances from May 22 to 24, including a short demonstration by students in Levels 2–8 choreographed by Karen Gabay, upper-level students and Trainees performing SF Ballet School Artistic Director Helgi Tomasson’s Ballet d'Isoline, a new work choreographed by AXIS Dance Company Artistic Director Marc Brew, excerpts from two Jiří Kylián ballets, Sarabande and Falling Angels, as well as premieres by SF Ballet School student choreographers.

SF BALLET SCHOOL 2019 SPRING FESTIVAL PERFORMANCE AND DINNER

On Wednesday, May 22, please join SF Ballet School for our annual fundraising dinner following the opening night performance. Proceeds from this event will support the $1 million in scholarships and financial aid the School distributes each year to talented students, regardless of family circumstances, can have a chance to study dance.
