Master Class: Katita Waldo on Jerome Robbins’ ballets
For female students currently training in ballet who are ages 15–18

February 25, 2018

Cost: $50

Katita Waldo has had an amazing career as a Principal Dancer and teacher with SF Ballet. She is currently a Ballet Master for the Company and has guest taught across the country and internationally. We welcome you to attend this Master Class to learn about Robbins’ choreography for The Cage.

Watching a master class as a member of the audience offers an intimate, behind-the-scenes look at the rigor and craft of dance instruction at the same time it provides a deeper connection to the exhilarating art of ballet.

We can accommodate up to 75 observers, but please note: Observers must register in advance. Children eight through 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Unfortunately, children younger than eight years old and babies are not allowed. Photography and videography are strictly prohibited inside the SF Ballet building.

Observer ticket: $25

“I hope that they leave the class feeling like they’ve learned something, had fun, and got a good workout.”
