Joined as a Principal Dancer in 1992.
Joined the School in 2009.
Tina LeBlanc trained at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet and went on to dance with Joffrey II and The Joffrey Ballet before joining SF Ballet as a principal dancer in 1992. Her repertory included leading roles in Helgi Tomasson's Giselle, Swan Lake, The Sleeping Beauty, Romeo & Juliet, Nutcracker, and in Tomasson/Possokhov's Don Quixote. LeBlanc has originated roles in ballets by Tomasson, David Bintley, Mark Morris, and Christopher Weeldon and has performed in works by George Balanchine, William Forsythe, and Jerome Robbins, among others. She has received two Isadora Duncan Dance Awards as well as the Princess Grace Statue Award. In 2009, LeBlanc retired as a principal dancer for SF Ballet and joined the faculty of SF Ballet School.
