The policy describes our information-gathering and dissemination practices for our website (https://www.sfballet.org) and services available through the website including social media pages located at Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Collectively we refer to the website, social media pages, and email messages as the “Services.” By visiting our website, you are accepting the terms of this privacy policy, so please read the policy carefully.

We regularly review our privacy policy. Any changes to the policy will become effective upon the date of our posting of the revised policy on the Site. If you visit the Site following the effective date of the revised Policy, you will be deemed to have accepted the Policy’s updated terms. This version was last updated on September 17, 2025.

Our website and services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children under age 13.

The Services may provide functionality allowing you to make payments to us using third-party payment services with which you have created your own account. When you use such a service to make a payment to us, your Personal Information will be collected by such third party and not by us, and your Personal Information will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy. Minors

SF Ballet is proud to offer products and services for children. However, our website and online services are intended for use by adults. Online purchases through SF Ballet’s website may be made only by persons who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 16.

We may use a third-party payment service to process payments made through the Services. If you wish to make a payment through the Services, your Personal Information will be collected by such third party and not by us, and will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy, rather than this Privacy Policy.
