Collectively we refer to the website, social media pages, and email messages as the “Services.” By visiting our website, you are accepting the terms of this privacy policy, so please read the policy carefully.
We regularly review our privacy policy. Any changes to the policy will become effective upon the date of our posting of the revised policy on the Site. If you visit the Site following the effective date of the revised Policy, you will be deemed to have accepted the Policy’s updated terms. This version was last updated on September 17, 2025.
Our website and services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children under age 13.

Minors
SF Ballet is proud to offer products and services for children. However, our website and online services are intended for use by adults. Online purchases through SF Ballet’s website may be made only by persons who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 16.

We may use a third-party payment service to process payments made through the Services.
