HOW TO GET A GROUP STARTED
Get an estimated headcount
Group tickets are offered to the same performance and in the same section. The minimum number of tickets to qualify as a group is 20+ for Nutcracker
Pick a performance date and where you’d like to sit
Seating Charts: Please note that not all seating sections and dates are available for group tickets or discounting.
Seats are assigned by Ticketing Services. Requests are taken into consideration but not guaranteed since group leaders cannot order specific seats. Efforts are made to seat the group together but may be broken into smaller blocks. For multiple sections, the minimum is required in each section.
Tickets cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable, and reselling is not allowed.
Get your tickets
Group tickets will be mailed through US Postal Service after final payment. Tickets cannot be held at will-call for individuals.
Print by logging into your account, find the Tickets & Performances tab and download the PDF. Each subsequent download invalidates the tickets previously printed.
