YUAN YUAN TAN’S ANNIVERSARY DINNER

YUAN YUAN TAN’S ANNIVERSARY DINNER

PLEASE JOIN US FOR A VERY SPECIAL CELEBRATION

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2022

5:30 PM VIP Reception | 6 PM Reception | 7 PM Dinner

Please join us at the Palace Hotel for reception and dinner in honor of Yuan Yuan Tan to celebrate a career with San Francisco Ballet that has spanned more than 25 years. This event will allow for a special glimpse into the life and celebrated dance career of Tan at SF Ballet. In addition to dancing the lead in some of the most challenging and beautiful ballets of all time, some of the world’s most influential choreographers have created roles on Tan. With this milestone, Tan has now had a longer career as a Principal Dancer than any other dancer in the Company’s history.

The event will feature a reception in the ornate Garden Court, a three-course dinner in the Grand Ballroom, and a special presentation honoring Tan. It will take place following a matinee performance that will see Tan dancing in Helgi Tomasson’s Caprice, a role that was created for Tan.

All proceeds from this event will benefit a wide range of SF Ballet artistic initiatives, including new works, scholarships for San Francisco Ballet School students, and community education programs for thousands of youths, families, and seniors.
