NUTCRACKER MASTER CLASS

NUTCRACKER MASTER CLASS

SAN FRANCISCO BALLET SCHOOL MASTER CLASSES | 2019–20

Learn from the masters of ballet in these single intensive sessions focused on exploring the artistry of SF Ballet’s repertoire. Classes will consist of a traditional ballet class, then will move to repertory.

November 17, 2019 – Nutcracker

Part of what has made SF Ballet’s Nutcracker such a beloved tradition for 75 years is the dozens of roles danced by students of SF Ballet School. Now you can experience the magic of Nutcracker in a new way, by learning choreography from the production in our Master Classes. Join us in SF Ballet’s rehearsal studios on November 17 for an inside perspective at Helgi Tomasson’s Nutcracker through our two distinctive Nutcracker Master Classes.

At 11 am, intermediate/advanced dancers ages 20+ will join principal dancer Sasha De Sola in learning variations from some of the most memorable choreography from our production.
