Lauren Parrott has danced featured roles in Tomasson’s Giselle (Peasant pas de cinq and Giselle’s Friends), Nutcracker (Ballerina Doll and Spanish), Romeo & Juliet (Juliet’s Friends), and Swan Lake (Cygnets); Tomasson/Possokhov’s Don Quixote (Bridesmaids); and Balanchine’s Coppélia (Swanilda’s Friends, Brides, and Jesterettes), The Four Temperaments (Melancholic demi-soloist), and Theme and Variations (soloist). She created corps de ballet roles in Bubeníček’s Fragile Vessels, Tomasson’s Caprice, and Peck’s In the Countenance of Kings.
Her repertory includes Tomasson’s The Fifth Season, Haffner Symphony, Prism, and Trio; Balanchine’s Brahms-Schoenberg Quartet (3rd movement), Diamonds, Prodigal Son (Sisters), Rubies, Scotch Symphony, Serenade, Stravinsky Violin Concerto, Symphony in C, and Symphony in Three Movements; Lifar’s Suite en Blanc; Makarova’s (after Petipa) “The Kingdom of the Shades” from La Bayadère, Act II; Nureyev’s Raymonda—Act III (Hungarian); Possokhov’s Firebird; Ratmansky’s Shostakovich Trilogy (Symphony #9); Robbins’ Glass Pieces; Scarlett’s Frankenstein; Thatcher’s Manifesto; and Wheeldon’s Cinderella (Spring corps and Courtiers) and Rush.
Lauren danced in the 2015 film of Tomasson’s Romeo & Juliet (Juliet’s Friends) as part of the inaugural season of Lincoln Center at the Movies: Great American Dance.
