Do you identify with a particular community you would like to share?

I am a direct decedent of the federally recognized First Nation Tribe of the Shinnecock Indian Nation (The Nation), Band of Montaukett Indians and am racially identified as an African Native American. The Nation is one of the oldest self-governing tribes in the State of New York. We are "people of the stony shore" (Shinnecock English translation).

When you have downtime from productions, what do you do to relax?

I read, practice drawing, listen to movie scores, watch anime, sleep, and think about choreography.

If you weren't dancing, what would your career be?

I'd be a singer/actor.

What are you the most proud of?

I'm proud of pushing myself to recover from an injury safely and correctly while trying to achieve my dreams as dancer at the same time. I am also proud of my choreographic piece Reciprocity which debuted in the 2022 SF Ballet School showcase. It was exciting to get to know personally the Disney composer, Christopher Willis, and how he sets scores for motion pictures.

What do you like to do for fun in San Francisco?

Go to the beaches and Golden Gate Park.
