Gennadi Nedvigin Reaches New Heights at Atlanta Ballet

After nearly 20 years dancing with at SF Ballet, Principal Dancer Gennadi Nedvigin retired at the end of the 2016 Season and assumed the position of artistic director at Atlanta Ballet. His relationship with Atlanta Ballet began in 2015 when he worked with the company to set Yuri Possokhov’s Classical Symphony. Gennadi is now one of four former SF Ballet principal dancers who currently lead a major ballet company in the US. His versatility and flawless execution onstage will be missed.
