Global Gourmet operates several elegant eateries and concessions throughout our historic theater. Come early, relax, and take in the ambiance of San Francisco’s beloved Opera House.

DRESS CIRCLE LOUNGE

Dress Circle Level // Open 1 hour before curtain

Savor snacks, sandwiches, and drinks in our dress circle lounge with a gorgeous view of the historic opera house lobby.

NORTH BOX RESTAURANT

Mezzanine (Box) level // Open 2 hours before curtain for evening performances and Sunday matinee performances (2 pm Sundays, 7 pm shows Tuesdays through Saturdays. Not open for OPENING NIGHT GALA.

Located on the north mezzanine level of the historic War Memorial Opera House overlooking the magnificent main lobby, North Box Restaurant offers California cuisine with global influences, created using locally sourced ingredients, and serves as an ideal destination for pre-performance and intermission dining for any Ballet guest.

PRE-ORDER DRINKS AND FOOD

Avoid lines during intermission by pre-ordering cocktails, beverages, and snacks by calling 415-861-8150 or send an email to operahousepreorder@ggcatering.com. You may also order with a food and beverage server upon your arrival at any point of service. Due to the high volume of calls daily, please note Global Gourmet will only call or reply to an email if there is an issue with your order. All orders must be made more than 5 hours before showtime on the day of the performance.
