E Z Group Sales Plan
 

This plan is for you and your group if you:

• Want the option of contiguous seating or open seating
• Would like your members to purchase tickets directly from SF Ballet
• Want to give members the ability to choose their own seats

Custom Web Page

Groups that choose E Z Group Sales Plan will have access to custom web page outlining details of your SF Ballet event. Your members access this custom web page to purchase tickets online, which allows them to select their own seats within the section(s) you’ve already chosen at your special group price.

Simply send an email to your members with a link to access the custom web page to jump start your special SF Ballet event.

All tickets must be purchased online via the custom web page using your group’s special offer code. No phone or fax purchases are permitted.

Seating Options

Seat Blocks:
You may reserve a number of seats on hold ahead of time and allow members to select from the seats available within these held seats.

Open Seating:
Seating is assigned at time of purchase and is not reserved in advance. Your members select from any available seat in the section that you’ve already selected for your group. This option does not guarantee seating as members will purchase their tickets at various times. We strongly advise members to purchase tickets as early as possible – many performances sell out.

Traditional Group Sales Plan:

This plan is for you and your group if you:

• Know approximately how many tickets you want to purchase (final and exact count is required at time of final payment)
• Would like to purchase a block of tickets through one coordinator

Billing Information and Final Ticket Count
A non-refundable, 50% deposit is due within seven days after the order is placed.
Final payment and guest count are due 30 days after the order is placed.
If your performance date is less than 30 days away, final payment is due when the order is placed.

Groups may reduce their number until final payment is made, but groups must have a minimum of 20 people for Nutcracker or 10 people for Repertory to qualify for group pricing. After final payment is made, all sales are final, and no refunds will be offered.

Seating
We will try our utmost to give groups contiguous seating whenever possible, subject to availability. To give you the best available seating, we may need to break your group into smaller blocks.
