2010 Student Showcase Dinner and Performance

Date: Thursday, May 27, 2010

Venue: Cocktail Reception and Dinner at The St. Regis San Francisco; Performance at the Novellus Theater, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts (across from The St. Regis Hotel).

Time: 5pm – Cocktail Reception followed by Dinner; 8pm – Student Showcase performance

Each year, the Student Showcase Dinner, hosted by the San Francisco Ballet Auxiliary, celebrates the SF Ballet School. The evening raises funds to support the scholarship and financial aid programs of the School, one of the leading ballet schools in the world.

After dinner, the performance showcases the School’s remarkable accomplishments throughout the year, and highlights not only the breadth and depth of the school’s extraordinary students, but also the outstanding caliber of its faculty.

This year, the Auxiliary celebrates Helgi Tomasson’s 25 Years as Artistic Director. Lola de Avila, Associate Director of San Francisco Ballet School, is the Student Showcase Honorary Chair.
