ENCORE! Opening Night Gala: Silver Celebration

Honoring Helgi Tomasson’s 25 Years as Artistic Director

Date: Wednesday, January 20, 2010

Venue: City Hall and the War Memorial Opera House

Time: Cocktail Reception and Dinner in City Hall at 5pm in the Mezzanine. Ballet performance immediately following dinner in the War Memorial Opera House at 8pm.

Please join San Francisco Ballet's ENCORE! on Wednesday, January 20, 2010, to celebrate Helgi Tomasson’s 25th anniversary as Artistic Director of SF Ballet and to launch SF Ballet’s 2010 Repertory Season.

Silver Celebration will begin in City Hall with an elegant cocktail reception and dinner in the Mezzanine. The gala performance will follow in the War Memorial Opera House and features the Company in a wide range of works selected in honor of Helgi Tomasson specifically for the occasion. After the performance, all dinner guests are invited to City Hall to continue the celebration with live music, dancing, refreshments, and desserts.
