San Francisco Ballet appreciates your continued patronage and is pleased to offer flexible payment options. When using your credit card, you can authorize us to divide your payment into one, two, or even three separate installments. Cancellation fee applies.
The Best Seats at the Best Price
Subscribers save on principal series tickets compared to individual ticket prices. Though prices vary based on seating section, principal series subscribers save an average of 15% off single ticket prices.
Convenient Ticket Exchanges
SF Ballet knows your schedule can change. As a subscriber-only benefit, you may exchange tickets free of charge up until 24 hours before your scheduled performance. SF Ballet is not able to accommodate exchanges into Coppelia.
Within 24 hours, and until 2 hours before your scheduled performance, only subscribers may exchange for a convenience fee of $25 per ticket.
To exchange tickets, have your tickets in hand and please call Ticket Services at 415.865.2000, Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm. All exchanges are subject to availability and price differential.
Ballet Shop Discounts
Subscribers receive a 15% discount on all items at the Ballet Shop in the Opera House when you present your subscriber ID card at the time of purchase. Subscribers also receive a 15% discount an all Ballet Shop purchases made online.
Early Nutcracker Ordering and Savings
Only subscribers have first selection of the most in-demand dates and seating for Nutcracker. Plus, order by August 31 and receive as much as 25% off regular prices, excluding Saturday and Sunday performances. Subscribers are limited to 8 Nutcracker tickets prior to public sale. No infants or toddlers, please.
Save on Additional Tickets
5- and 3-series subscribers can order added tickets for repertory season performances at their already guaranteed low subscriber price, while full 8-series subscribers enjoy an additional 20% off! Subject to availability. Excludes Box seats and Nutcracker. Certain restrictions apply.
Handling Fees Waived
And as a subscriber, every time you call to purchase additional single tickets for the repertory season we’ll automatically waive the $10 handling fee.

Subscribers receive a season subscription to Backstage, a complimentary news magazine including feature articles about new ballets, dancers, choreographers, and SF Ballet events.
Lost Ticket Insurance
We can easily issue replacements for lost or forgotten tickets and have them waiting for you at the performance.
