Only subscribers may exchange tickets for any repertory season performance FREE of charge up until 24 hours before your scheduled performance. Within 24 hours, and until 2 hours before your scheduled performance, only subscribers may exchange for a convenience fee of $25 per ticket. Please have your tickets in hand when phoning to exchange. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Discounts at The Ballet Shop
Subscribers receive a 15% discount on all purchases at the Ballet Shop in the Opera House when you present your subscriber ID card at the time of purchase. Subscribers also receive a 15% discount an all Ballet Shop purchases made online.Discounts and Priority Ordering on Additional Tickets

Payment Plans for Renewing Subscribers
We acknowledge and appreciate your continued patronage and have made your payment options even more flexible. When using your charge card, you can now authorize us to divide your payment into one, two or even three separate installments. It’s up to you!Payment plans are not available for online renewals.
Waive the Handling Fees
As a subscriber, every time you call to purchase additional single tickets for the repertory season we’ll automatically waive the $10 handling fee.Priority Renewal & Seating

Renewing subscribers receive priority consideration when requesting changes in their seating or series and get advance ordering privileges for Nutcracker and repertory performances before they go on sale to the public.Restrictions may apply to the number of Nutcracker tickets subscribers may purchase before public sale.
