Helgi Tomasson's The Fifth Season opens this program, followed by a world premiere work by internationally renowned choreographer Edwaard Liang (named by Dance Magazine as one of the "Top 25 to Watch"), his first piece created expressly for SF Ballet. The program concludes with Jerome Robbins' Glass Pieces, set to a driving score by Philip Glass.

We strongly suggest that you order early as we anticipate this performance selling out. Seating is assigned at the time of purchase.

Discount is available through this special web page only, not by phone or in person, and subject to availability. If your group does not purchase the minimum 10 tickets required to receive the group discount, tickets will revert to the regular price and the difference charged to each patron and a confirmation will be sent to each patron.

Please note: At the request of the group coordinator, SF Ballet will provide a list of names and email addresses of those who purchased tickets to the group event in order for the coordinator to contact attendees about other event details.

If a seating section is listed as not available, there are no discounted seats available in that section at this time. If this occurs, you may be able to purchase full-priced tickets at our main website or call 415.865.2000, Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm. Subject to availability.

Program 5 is performed at the War Memorial Opera House located at 301 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco at the corner of Van Ness Avenue and Grove Street. The Opera House is easily accessible via public transportation and there are multiple parking lots nearby.
