Standard Group Sales Plan

This plan is for you and your group if you:

• Know approximately how many tickets you want to purchase (final and exact count is required at time of final payment)
• Would like to purchase a block of tickets through one coordinator
• Prefer to sit together (subject to availability)

Billing Information and Final Ticket Count

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within seven days after the order is placed.
• Final payment and guest count are due 30 days after the order is placed.
• If your performance date is less than 30 days away, final payment is due when the order is placed.

Groups may reduce their number until final payment is made, but groups must have a minimum of 20 people to qualify for any special pricing and benefits. After final payment is made, all sales are final, and no refunds will be offered.

All discounts are dependent upon ticket availability at the time the order is received.

Seating
We will try our utmost to give groups contiguous seating whenever possible, subject to availability. To give you the best available seating, we may need to break your group into smaller blocks.
