From Fairfax, California, Lacey Escabar received her training at Dance Theatre 7 and San Francisco Ballet School. She participated in the SF Ballet School Trainee Program in 2010–2011 and 2011–2012. Named an apprentice in 2012, she joined the Company in 2013.
Escabar has danced in Tomasson’s Giselle, Nutcracker (Snowflake, Flower, and Party Guest), and Romeo & Juliet; Tomasson/Possokhov’s Don Quixote; Neumeier’s The Little Mermaid; Wheeldon’s Cinderella (Courtier); Balanchine’s Symphony in Three Movements; Fokine’s Petrouchka; and Robbins’ Glass Pieces.
